Show all pages3 Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 32-17 b. 32-17 Resolution Rescinding Previously Adopted Resolution 266-16 and Authorizing the Renewal of the Township’s Contract with Benecard for Prescription Drugs Benefit for a One Year Term Beginning January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 (Legal-Moon) The need to revise above referenced resolution follows the Mayor’s recusal from award and execution of agreements related to insurance for the Township. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak abstained. Resolution 33-17 c. 33-17 Resolution Rescinding Previously Adopted Resolution 273-16 and Authorizing an Agreement with Fairview Insurance Agency Associates, Inc. for the Provision of Risk Management Consultation Services (Legal-Moon) The need to revise above referenced resolution follows the Mayor’s recusal from award and execution of agreements related to insurance for the Township.
