5 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on First Reading Ordinance 2504-17 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Section 51 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, Entitled “Human Relations Commission” was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 7, 2017. All members voting “Aye.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion The Council discussed the matter of the timing of the preparation and distribution of the Agenda and Meeting packets with an upcoming holiday. The issue of the graffiti and garbage on Rte. 280 in West Orange was discussed. At 8:38 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the meeting was adjourned. All members voting “Aye”.
