DISCUSSION Mr. Dwyer stated he combined the approved Applications into one Resolution. PUBLIC COMMENT Roz Moskovitz-Bielski, 11 Wedgewood Drive, West Orange, was sworn in. She asked if the County had responded to the Board’s recommendation regarding sidewalks. She stated it was important that the Township and the County adhere to the Complete Streets policy they both voted on. She voiced concern for the quality of life for people who lived in the area of Turtle Back Zoo, particularly those to the west near the JCC, pedestrians and those seeking recreational activity such as bike riding. Chairman Weston stated that an acknowledgement had been sent to the Board that the County Executive had received the recommendation. The topic of streets and traffic had been discussed at the previous month’s meeting between the Board and the County representative.
