4 Ordinance 2508-17 a. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, Calendar Year 2017 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 9, 2017. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2509-17 b. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing Employees Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 9, 2017. All members present voting “Aye.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion Councilwoman McCartney requested an update from administration in reference to the Recycling Center. Councilwoman Casalino requested an update from administration in reference to the graffiti and garbage on Route 280. At 9:27 p.m., on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the meeting was adjourned. All members present voting “Aye”.
