g the Township to Execute a Hold Harmless Agreement with North Bergen Board of Education and North Bergen Police Department to Host an “Active Shooter Simulation” (Legal-Maier) The North Bergen Police Department desires to have members of the West Orange Police Department to host an “Active Shooter Simulation” for the North Bergen Police Department and North Bergen Board of Education. This resolution would authorize the Township to execute a Hold Harmless Agreement with the North Bergen Board of Education and North Bergen Police Department in order to hold harmless the Township from any claims and/or litigation arising out of the Township’s use of the Property. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the consent agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.”
