All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 578-17 578-17 Hearing on Renewal for 2017-2018 License Term-Essex House 0722-33-071-003 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 579-17 579-17 Hearing on Renewal for 2017-2018 License Term-Huguitos 0722-33-024-005 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Executive Session – ABC Matter At this time an Executive Session was held with regard to a matter of Litigation-Prosecution of ABC Charges-Las Palmeras.
