A notice of this meeting was mailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on November 19, 2010. A notice of this meeting was also posted on the Bulletin Board in the Municipal Building, West Orange and filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk of the Township of West Orange on November 19, 2010. Ordinances on Second and Final Reading a. 2303-11An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 2, “Administration”, Article IX, “Administrative Policies and Procedures”, by Adding a New Section 2-82 Entitled, “Citizen Service”, to Provide for Open Applications and a Public Directory of Township Council Appointed Municipal Positions This ordinance is to establish a set of procedures for the advertisement of information concerning various positions open to citizens through appointment by the Township Council. b. 2305-11 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 2 Section 10.1 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, Entitled “Director of Public Words; Duties of Department” The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the position of Deputy Municipal Department Head of Public Works/Engineering who shall have the authority to perform the duties in the event that the Director of Public Works position is vacant. c. 2306-11 An Ordinance Amending an Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of
