Show all pages3 Resolution(s) Removed from Consent Agenda Resolution 198-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Retain Matrix to Prepare a Preliminary Assessment Report for the Township’s Multi Park Development Project as Required by the Green Acres Funding Program Awarded by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above- mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 200-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Retain Matrix to Perform the Preliminary Assessment and Phase I Environmental Assessment for the Property at 665 Eagle Rock Avenue which the Township is in the Process of Purchasing to be Converted to Public parking for Shoppers and Commuters. Pursuant to the Matrix Proposal the Retention Shall be for a Total Cost of $7,100. (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above- mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 201-17 201-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Retain McManimon Scotland as Special Environmental Counsel to Assist with the Purchase of the Property at 665 Eagle Rock Avenue and the Remediation Efforts Currently Occurring on the Property. Pursuant to the Agreement, McManimon Scotland’s Retention Shall be for a Total Cost of $3,000. (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above- mentioned resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2521-17 2521-17 An Ordinance Amending Chapter II, the Administrative Code of the Township of West Orange, Article IX, Administrative Policies and Procedures, to Include Previously Reserved Section 83 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange Creating Identification Card Program for Residents of the Township of West Orange On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded Councilman Guarino, the above-mentioned ordinance failed on second and final reading. All members present voting “Nay.”
