3 l. 244-17 Resolution authorizing the Execution of a License and Hold Harmless Agreement with Clara Maas to Utilize Space at a West Orange Police Substation as Part of Their Crisis Intervention Program (Legal-Moon) m. 245-17 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session to Discuss a Matter of Personnel with Regard to Resolution 235-17 (Trenk) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the consent agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2529-17 On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, Refunding Bond Ordinance Providing Funding for an Emergency Appropriation for Payment of Amounts Owing to Others for Taxes Levied in and by the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, Appropriating $3,200,000 Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $3,200,000 Bonds or Notes of the Township for Financing the Cost Thereof was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded Councilman Guarino, the above-mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2530-17 On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employee’s Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard.
