(Lepore) z. 27-18 Resolution Amending Resolution 108-17 with Regard to Jewish Federation Plaza, 748-750 Northfield Avenue, due to Typographical Errors Including the Number of Affordable Units Which Should be 134 Instead of 135 and Tax Map Description Which Should be Lot 16, Instead of Lots 15, 18 and 19 (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the consent agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) Removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 17-18 Resolution Designating the Essex Green and Executive Drive Area as an Area in Need of Redevelopment Consistent with the Planning Board Recommendations (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Council President McCartney voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 28-18 Public Hearing and Adoption of the 2018 Downtown West Orange Alliance Budget (Brill) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members voting “Aye.”
