Ordinances on Second and Final Reading a. 2318-11 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange This Ordinance will create two on street handicapped parking stalls, one in front of 56 Elm Street and one in front of 9 Wheeler Street for the exclusive use of a resident at each address who has a Disabled Persons ID and Handicapped Placard issued by the Motor Vehicle Commission. b. 2319-11 (REMOVED) 10. Ordinances on First Reading a. 2320-11 An Ordinance Repealing and Amending Chapter 13, Section 3 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Construction Board of Appeals) The purpose of this ordinance is to repeal the sections of the West Orange Township Ordinance establishing a local construction board of appeals. By repealing the statute and dissolving the local construction board of appeals, any and all appeals from the decisions of the Township’s enforcing agency would be adjudicated by the County Construction Board of
