All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on First Reading Ordinance 2540-18 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, Calendar Year 2017 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on April 24, 2018.
