Resolution 181-18 181-18 Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Providing of Recreational Services and Social Services to the Residents of West Orange for the Period of January |, 2018 — December 31, 2018 in the Amount of $12,000. for the Township Police Athletic League (Legal-Moon) Resolution 182-18 182-18 Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Providing of Recreational Services and Social Services to the Residents of West Orange for the Period of January 1, 2018 — December 31, 2018 in the Amount of $9,500. for Mountain Top League (Legal-Moon) Resolution 183-18 183-18 Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Providing of Recreational Services and Social Services to the Residents of West Orange for the Period of January 1, 2018 — December 31, 2018 in the Amount of $45,000. for the West Orange Community House (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution(s) were approved in unison. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Krakoviak, and Council President McCartney voting “Aye.” Councilman Guarino recused himself from the vote. Resolution 189-18 189-18 Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Two Service Vehicles through the Morris County Cooperative Pricing Council (MCCPC). (Purchasing-DeSantis) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2547-18 On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing Employee’s Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel-Municipal Court Judge was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo,
