This resolution will cancel the assessment. On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the consent agenda was approved. Trenk, Esq. as the Township Attorney Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Current Professional Services Agreement upon the Transfer of Mr. Trenk to the Law firm of McManimon Scotland and Bauman, LLC, effective October 1, 2018 (Legal) On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the consent agenda was approved.
