5 Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion A discussion took place among the Council and Business Administrator with regard to Senior Transportation. Councilman Krakoviak inquired about the invoices for Peter Ricci and Heyer Gruel Associates and asked if the Council could get a copy when made available. At 10:36 p.m., on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the public meeting was adjourned and the Council entered into an ABC Hearing. All members voting “Aye”. ABC Hearing ABC Resolution 609-18 609-18 Resolution Authorizing a Person to Person Transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License 0722- 33-042-005 Lincoln Highway Industrial Development, LLC to Akama Notes, LLC t/a The Zuluba, 437 Main Street, West Orange, NJ (Vote by email, September 20, 2018-Ratified September 25, 2018) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above referenced resolutions were ratified.
