Show all pages3 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Guarino, Ordinance of the Township of West Orange, In the County of Essex, New Jersey, Adopting a Redevelopment Plan for Block 155, Lots 40.02, 40.03, 41.02, 42.02 and Block 155.21, Lot 40 Pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et seq. (Essex Green-Executive Drive Redevelopment Area of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye”. On motion to table the above referenced ordinance was made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Matute-Brown. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Guarino voting “Nay.” Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman Matute-Brown voting “Aye.” The motion failed. At 9:15 p.m. Councilman Krakoviak left the meeting. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. Micaela Bennett – 35 Old Indian Road Clare Silvestri – 20 Grandview Avenue Susan Lenczyk – 234 Eagle Rock Avenue There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above-mentioned ordinance was approved on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye”. Ordinance 2574-19 On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-10.1 Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets of the Revised General Ordinances of the West Orange (Pleasant Valley Way) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Council President Guarino, the above-mentioned ordinance was approved on second and final reading. All

Pleasant Ave.) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading.
