(Gross) i. 190-19 REMOVED Resolution of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, Rejecting Proposals from Third Party Powers Suppliers to Provide Electric Generation Service to West Orange Community Energy Aggregation (WOCEA) Program Participants and to Provide Government Energy Aggregation Services in Connection with the WOCEA Round 3 Program Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:4-6.1 Et. Seq. (Gross) On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the consent agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2580-19 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, Ordinance of the Township of West Orange, In the County of Essex, State of New Jersey Adopting a Redevelopment Plan Relating to the West Orange Library Redevelopment Area of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Matute-Brown, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Guarino voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. Dave Cubie – West Orange Library Director Matt Dragon – 13 Sheridan Avenue Dana Nugent – 24 Manchester Road Marge Mingin – 30 Davey Drive Gerald Sweeney – 24 Oak Bend There was no one else who wished to be heard and public comment was closed. At this time, Mayor Parisi introduced Ms. Susan Gruel, Heyer, Gruel & Associates, PA made a brief statement and answered questions of the

Mayor Parisi followed with a few brief comments.
