Show all pages7 Adjacent Property Owners Pursuant to Local Lands and Building Law of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and public comment was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above-mentioned ordinance was approved on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance 2581-19 On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.1, Handicapped Parking on Streets and Subsection 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on August 13, 2019. All members present voting “Aye”. Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion Councilwoman Casalino stated that she will be providing a list of findings that the Council has from their workshop held on July 9, 2019 to the Administration in preparation of next year’s budget and also suggested having more workshops in the future. ABC Hearing At 12:20 a.m. on motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council adjourned their public meeting resumed as the ABC Board. All members present voting “Aye”. Resolution 629-19 629-19 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2019-2020 License Term (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above-referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye”. Resolution 630-19 630-19 Resolution Rescinding in Part ABC Resolution 605-18, Removing Licensee No. 0722-44-061-008, Shaku & Kaamil, Inc. (Inactive License) as a License Approved for Renewal for the 2018-19 License Term for Failure to File Renewal Application and Pay the State ABC Fee
