On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Matute-Brown, the Council meeting resumed and the Council entered into Executive Session. All members present voting “Aye”. At 11:47 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council meeting was adjourned. All members present voting “Aye”.
