Show all pages4 249-19 Resolution Awarding a Contract for Fall 2019, Spring 2020 and Fall 2020 Tree Planting with a Watering Option Louis Barbato Landscaping, Inc., 1600 Railroad Avenue, Holbrook, NY 11741, Supplying 120 Trees for Fall 2019 Planting in the Amount of $45,840.00 and the Option to Plant 120 Trees in Spring 2020 at a Cost of $46,320.00 and the Second Option to Plant 120 Trees in Fall 2020 at a Cost of $52,560.00 (Lepore) On motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 259-19 259-19 Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with TCF Equipment Finance, a Division of TCF National Bank, 1111 West San Marnan Drive, Suite A2 West, Waterloo, IA 50701-8926 for Seventy-Two (72) Pre-Owned 2017 E- Z Go RXV Elite Golf Carts Maintained at Rock Spring Golf Club (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 261-19 261-19 Resolution Awarding a Contract to Power with Prestige, Inc., 40 Swartswood Road, Newton, New Jersey 07960 in the amount of $88,800.00 for the Municipal Building Exterior Lighting Project (Lepore) On motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Nay.” The Motion failed. Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2588-19 On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7-13 Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and public comment was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced ordinance was approved. All members present voting “Aye.”
