All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on Second Reading — None Ordinance(s) on First Reading - None Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion © Change to W.O. Historic Preservation Commission Ordinance The Council had a discussion as to whether or not to change the ABC Hours from a 2 a.m. closing time to a3 a.m. closing time on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. A roll call vote was taken to decide whether or not to move forward on this matter. Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman Matute-Brown and Council President Casalino voted no. Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman McCartney voted yes. The Council will not move forward on changing the ABC hours at this time. e HR 1384 Medicare for All Act At 7:50 p.m. on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman McCartney, the meeting was adjourned.
