Ordinance #2341-11 On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7- 141c, NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE – CARTER ROAD, was taken up on first reading by title only. All members voting “Aye”. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on December 6, 2011. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #262-11 Resolution Authorizing an Award of Contract for the Construction of a New Building Entrance to the West Orange Municipal Building to R.J. Michaels & Co., Inc, 333 Dodd Street, East Orange, NJ 07017 in the Amount of $97,050.00 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Anderton, Councilman Cirilo, Councilwoman McCartney, and Council President Spango voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #263-11 Resolution Authorizing an Award of Bid to Abbry Security Company, LLC Providing Unarmed Security Officers for West Orange Municipal Court at an Hourly Rate $12.95, Approximately $20,500 Annually Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned resolution was tabled until December 6, 2011. Councilman Anderton, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney, and Council President Spango voting “Aye”. Councilman Cirilo was not present at the time of voting.
