John McElroy, Owner of Select Towing and Board Member, Downtown West Orange Alliance commented on the video for local businesses. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #270-11 Resolution Authorizing the Implementation of a Policy for the Use of Municipal Buildings (“the Building Policy”) During Non-Business Hours and/or for Non-Essential Township Purposes Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was postponed until the December 19, 2011 Council Meeting. All members voting “Aye”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
