All members voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) Removed from Consent Agenda Resolution 131-20 131-20 Resolution Affirming the Township’s Commitment that the West Orange Police Department Continue to Fully Comply with All Policies Set Forth in the 8CantWait Campaign (Legal-Trenk) A motion to postpone the above referenced resolution was made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilman Guarino. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2604-20 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President Casalino, Bond Ordinance Providing for the Local Unit’s Allocable Share of the Flood Mitigation Facilities Project of the Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties, By and In the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey (the “Local Unit”); Appropriating $3,170,000. Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $3,170,000. Bonds or Notes to Finance the Cost Thereof was taken up on second and final reading.
