Show all pages5 Ordinance 2608-20 2608-20 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, Calendar Year 2020 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on July 14, 2020. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing On motion made by Council President Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the Council recessed the public meeting and entered into the ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Resolution 640-20 a. 640-20 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2020-2021 License Term On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Matute-Brown, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” On motion made by Council President Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the ABC Board adjourned and returned as Council to continue the meeting. All members present voting “Aye.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion The following topics were discussed: The policy on Nepotism. Response from Chief of Police re: longstanding security and safety concerns in the community. At 11:15 p.m. on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Matute-Brown, the Public meeting was adjourned.
