In Accordance with Municipal Land Use Law, a Performance Bond in the Amount of $147,294.00 was Posted with the Township to Guarantee Completion of Off-Site Improvements Within the Public Rights of Way of Central Avenue and Mitchell Street. The Performance Bond Consisted of a Surety Bond in the Amount of $132,564.60 and a Cash Bond in the Amount of $14,720.40.
