3 2013 Resolution #69-12 Resolution Authorizing Sale of Township Owned Land Located at Block 176.08, Lot 14 – Marmon Terrace, Block 176.08, Lot 8 Arnold Terrace, and Block 176.04, Lot 15.01 – Marie & Arnold Terrace, Extended for an Additional Sixty (60) days Resolution #70-12 Resolution Authorizing Contract for Re-Appointment of Jessica Glicker to Service as the Township’s Public Information Officer at a Salary of $3,166.66 Per Month for a Term of One Year ending December 31, 2012 Resolution #71-12 Resolution Authorizing a Window Contract to Grabowski Construction, Inc., 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 in the Amount of $21,120 for Additional Concrete Paved Areas in the Valley Road Parking Lot Resolution #72-12 Resolution Authorizing Tax Rebates Due to Duplicate Payments for First Quarter 2012 Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2355-12 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Anderton, CALENDAR YEAR 2012 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A 40A:4-45.14), was taken up on second and final reading by title only. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law.
