On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown, the above referenced ordinance was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2629-21 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-18.1, One Way Streets Designated, Subsection 7-73.3, Temporary Parking Prohibited for Snow Plowing and Removal, Subsection 7-11, Parking Time Limited on Certain Streets During Certain Hours, Subsection 7-12, Parking Prohibited for Street Cleaning and Maintenance, Subsection 7-13, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, Subsection 7-14.1c, Night Parking Restricted, Subsection 7-14.7, Alternate Side Parking and Subsection 7-25, Loading Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was tabled until the February 23, 2021 meeting. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2630-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange — 571 Valley Road and 8 Cross Street was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and public comment was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, the above referenced ordinance was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2631-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 2, Section 51 of the General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, entitled “Human Relations Commission” was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and public comment was closed.
