All members voting “Aye.” Resolution Removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 38-21 Resolution of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, Designating a Conditional Redeveloper for Property Known as Block 155, Lots 40.02 & 42.02 on the Tax Map of the Township (Legal-Cofoni) On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Matute-Brown voting “Aye.” Councilman Rutherford voting “Nay.” Resolution 40-21 Resolution Regarding Matching Funds for Library Development (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Matute-Brown voting “Aye.” Councilman Rutherford voting “Nay.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2629-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-18.1, One Way Streets Designated, Subsection 7-73.3, Temporary Parking Prohibited for Snow Plowing and Removal, Subsection 7-11, Parking Time Limited on Certain Streets During Certain Hours, Subsection 7-12, Parking Prohibited for Street Cleaning and Maintenance, Subsection 7-13, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, Subsection 7-14.1c, Night Parking Restricted, Subsection 7-14.7, Alternate Side Parking and Subsection 7-25, Loading Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and public comment was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown, the above referenced ordinance was approved.
