2 658-21 Resolution Authorizing a Person to Person and Place to Place (Extension of Premises) transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-031-007 from Anchor Restaurant, LLC, 290 Watchung Ave., West Orange, NJ 07052 to, 2001 Proof, LLC, 178 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052 t/a Parkside Bar & Grill (Clerk) Mr. Robert Williams, Esq. representing the new licensee Harrison Johnson, Mr. Harold Johnson and Mr. Daniel Antonelli, Jr., the Township’s ABC Prosecutor appeared before the ABC Board. Mr. Antonelli explained to the ABC Board that Police Chief Abbott and Lt. John DeMars recommended the transfer and dismissal of all pending charges on the former owner of the license. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the ABC Board approved the transfer and the recommendations of Chief Abbott and Lt. DeMars. All pending charges were dismissed and the transfer was finalized.
