3 g. 70-21 Resolution Authorizing Financial Reimbursement to Twenty-One Private Communities for the Costs of Street Lighting Pursuant to the Municipal Services Act (Lepore) h. 71-21 Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Contract to Greenman – Pedersen, 301 Gibraltar Drive, Morris Plains, N.J. in the amount of $9,504.00 for Inspection Services Associated with Road Improvements in the Rock Spring Road Neighborhood (Lepore) i. 73-21 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 and Change Order No. 2 and Final for the Project Pleasant Valley Way Parking Lot Improvement with Zenith Construction Services, Inc., 365 Thomas Boulevard, Orange, NJ 07050 in the amounts of $39,764.26 and $8,102.52 (Lepore) j. 74-21 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session to Discuss a Matter of Litigation and Contract Negotiation Specifically Crestmont Country Club On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the consent agenda was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 72-21 k. 72-21 Resolution Approving an Amended Memorandum of Agreement between the West Orange Fire Superior Officer’s Association and the Township of West Orange (Gross) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above reference resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilman Rutherford and Councilwoman Williams voting “Aye.” Council President Matute-Brown voting “Nay.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading - None Ordinances on First Reading-None Executive Session At 8:59 p.m. on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown, the Council entered into an executive session. All members voting “Aye.” At 9:38 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the executive session was ended and the Council returned to their public meeting.
