Show all pages5 On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced ordinance was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2647-21 On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 4, Sections 5.1 and 5.2; Chapter 5, Section 34; Chapter 22, Section 3 and Chapter 25, Sections 4, 24.2 and Part A: Permitted Uses Table of District Regulations of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Licensed Cannabis Entities) was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard. On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, the above referenced ordinance was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2649-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, Calendar Year 2021 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a CAP Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2650-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employees Status as a Township Employee Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only.
