At 11:05 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, the Council entered into an ABC Hearing. All members voting “Aye.” a. 673-21 Resolution Rescinding in Part ABC Resolution No. 659-21, Removing Licensee No. 0722-33-067-010, Fan & Jade, Inc., (Inactive/Pocket License) and License No. 0722-44-027-005, AMI West Orange, LLC (Inactive/Pocket License) as Licenses Approved for Renewal for the 2021-2022 License Term for Failure to Obtain Required Special Rulings (Legal-Kayser) On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced ABC resolution was approved. All members voting “Aye.” b. 674-21 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2021-2022 License Term (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced ABC resolution was approved. All members voting “Aye.” At 11:09 p.m., a motion was made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Rutherford the public meeting was adjourned.
