5 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 25, Land Use Regulations, Section 25-29, Stormwater Control and Subsections 25-29.1 Through 25-29.13 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on December 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2669-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, Bond Ordinance Providing for the Installation of a Sanitary Sewerage System and Associated Laterals Located on Mellon Avenue Between Cleveland Terrace and Kitchener Avenue, in and by the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey; Appropriating $160,000. Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $152,000. Bonds or Notes of the Township to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof and Directing a Portion of the Special Assessment of the Cost Thereof was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on December 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion A discussion took place with regard to the following: • Revisions to Smoking Ordinance • Plastic Bag Ban • Redevelopment Zone being extended to White Street At 9:49 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the public meeting was adjourned and the Council entered into an Executive Session.
