Ordinance(s) on First Reading Ordinance 2685-22 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter XXV Land Use Regulations of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange to Implement a Settlement Agreement with Fair Share Housing Center was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on July 19, 2022. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2686-22 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Section 14.5 and Section 14.9 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, (Appointment of Police Department, Officers and Personnel) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on June 28, 2022. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Matute-Brown, Councilwoman Williams and Council President McCartney voting “Aye.” Councilman Rutherford voting “Nay.” Ordinance 2687-22 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, Calendar Year 2022 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a CAP Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on July 19, 2022. All members voting “Aye.” Pending Matters-New Matters-Council Discussion ¢ Recognition of Troop 2 and Troop 6 with regard to their Eagle Scout recipients At this time, on motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Matute- Brown, the Council adjourned their public meeting and entered into an ABC Hearing. All members voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing a. 682-22 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2022-2023 License Term (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.”
