ABC Hearing On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, the Public meeting was adjourned, and the Council entered into an ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” 706-23 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Williams, Resolution Following N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.18 Special Ruling Renewing Alcoholic Beverage Retail Consumption License #0722-33-068-016, Wilshire Hospitality Services, LLC t/a Wilshire Catering (Pocket), for the 2021-2022 License Term was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” 707-23 On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, Resolution Following Issuance Of N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.39 Special Ruling Renewing Alcoholic Beverage Retail Consumption License #0722- 33-068-016, Wilshire Hospitality Services, LLC t/a Wilshire Catering (Pocket), for the 2022-2023 Term was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At 9:28 p.m., on motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, the ABC hearing was adjourned.
