(Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was amended. (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Ghebremicael, the above referenced resolution was approved. Thapar, 642 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ 07013 to Serve as Public Advocate for the Township for 2023 at the Rates Specified in the Agreement (Legal-Trenk) On motion to table, made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the motion failed. Councilwoman Casalino and Council President Williams voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Ghebremicael, Councilman Rutherford and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Nay.” On motion to approve made by Councilman Rutherford and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the motion failed.
