Resolution 265-23 On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Ghebremicael, the resolution entitled Budget Amendment No. 1 was approved. All members voting “Aye.” The hearing on this amendment will take place on August 22, 2023. PUBLIC HEARING ON 2023 MUNICIPAL BUDGET At 9:37 p.m., on motion made by Council President and seconded by Councilwoman Ghebremicael, the hearing for the 2023 Municipal Budget was opened. John Gross, Chief Financial Officer presented a detailed power point presentation on the 2023 Municipal Budget and what is included. After the presentation the Council had the opportunity to ask questions. Public Comment was opened to the public.
