I'm licensed in New Jersey since 15 1992, also New York, Pennsylvania, I'm NCARB 16 certified, I've appeared before many local boards, 17 including West Orange, not the Planning Board but 18 the Zoning Board several times, Livingston, Florham 19 Park, Millburn, Maplewood, South Orange, most of the 20 municipalities in the area. And I'm here just as an 21 expert in architecture. 22 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Sir, is your license 23 in New Jersey in force? 24 MR. APPEL: Yes. 25 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Okay.
