RESOLUTION Township of West Orange Planning Board PB 24-08 GBSJ, LLC t/a Goddard School/ 289 Mount Pleasant Avenue Block: 83 Lots: 1; Zone: B-2 Decided on July 10, 2024 Memorialized on July 30, 2024 Application for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval with Bulk Variances to Expand the Existing Childcare Center, Demolish an Existing Building and Construct a New Building WHEREAS, GBSJ, LLC t/a Goddard School (Hereinafter the “Applicant”) has made an application for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval with Variances to expand the existing childcare center at property located at 289 Mount Pleasant Avenue, also known as Block: 83; Lots 1 (the “Property”), in the B-2 commercial zone; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted on July 10, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Applicant was represented by Walter E. Hanley, III, Esq.; and WHEREAS, the Applicant provided testimony from Steven Harrison, owner and operator of GBSJ, LLC t/a Goddard School, Gerard P.
