Applicant must submit proof of approval of the facility from the Division of Children and Family Services to the Zoning Official. (This is not a condition precedent to the signing of plans, associated construction or a Certificate of Occupancy.) Applicant will look to reconfigure the roof access by looking at their Livingston site to see if a larger/safer roof entrance can be accommodated. An AED device shall be located on each floor of the building. Fire Lane/"no parking” striping shall be added as determined by the Fire Official. The Applicant shall list all conditions of approval onto a final site plan submission prior to the submission of the building permit.
