Councilwoman Ghebremicael and Council Rutherford voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Casalino and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Nay.” The motion failed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Rutherford, the Council voted to allow Kemistry an extension of one-week to cure their application.
