The ordinance proposed amending Chapter 25, Section 475 regarding: o Organization of the Land Use Board © Chair and Vice Chair terms for the Zoning Board of Adjustment Purpose of the Ordinance is to remove term limits for the leadership of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for: o Zoning Board Chair °o Zoning Board Vice Chair Align local ordinance language more closely with New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL).
