April Graham, Oakridge Road, West Orange, commented on snow removal in the township. There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Resolutions The following Resolutions were adopted: Resolution #01-11 Resolution Awarding a Cash Management Plan for 2011 Resolution #02-11 Resolution Finding Developers in Default of their Obligations Secured by Western Surety Company Bond No. 70922793 for Improvements Associated with 2 Henry Street, West Orange, NJ Resolution #03-11 Resolution Authorizing the Tax Collector to Rebate Payment to Listed Taxpayer Pursuant to Final Judgment by the Tax Court of New Jersey Resolution #04-11 Resolution Authorizing the Temporary Budget – 2011 Resolution #05-11 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session to Discuss Matter(s) of Litigation and Contract Negotiations Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2297-10 On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Subsection 7-13, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange – Kelly Drive and Vizcaya Boulevard, West Orange, was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. 2
