Sections. p. 197-10 Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 for CMS Construction, Inc., 157 Sherman Avenue, Newark, New Jersey in the amount of $10,388.00 for the project Pleasant Valley Way Sidewalks. This Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 increases the contract amount with CMS Construction by $10,388.00 from $143,645.00 to $154,033.00. The additional costs are associated with the As-Built quantities required to complete the project.
