Resolution Authorizing the Continued Retention of Allied Risk Management Services from March 1, 2010 – February 28, 2011 as a Consultant to the Insurance Commission and Related Issues in an Amount NTE $20,000 Annually Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #118-11 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session to Discuss Litigation and Personnel On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the Council went into Executive session to discuss a Matter of Litigation and Personnel, specifically, Personnel- Health Department, Litigation-NJ DEP, et al. v. Occidental Chemical Corp., et al. and the Renna House All members voting “Aye”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
