The Applicant wishes to swap the athletic facility with the maintenance facility and expand the size of the athletic facility. Additional parking spaces will be added to accommodate the increased size of the proposed facility. The Property is located in the R-1 Zone. In connection with same, enclosed herein please find the following: 1. One (1) original and four (4) copies of a completed Zoning Board of Adjustment Application, which includes the following: a.
