Solid Waste Management Plan Each upper floor has a Trash Room with a chute for trash and recycle bins. Residential and retail tenant trash will collect in the first floor Trash Termination Room. Recycling will be collected on a regular schedule by the building superintendent and brought down to the first floor for collection. Trash and recycling will be picked up by a private hauler. The collection vehicle will pull up along Park Drive North, away from Main Street. The attendee will roll out the dumpsters for collection. Once the refuse collection is complete, the collection vehicle will continue forward along Park Drive North. No turn-around required. Frequency of collection will be 2 times per week, which is standard for multi-family apartment buildings of this size.
