The access information was provided in said notice. The persons on said list comprise all owners of property located within two hundred (200) feet (in every direction) of the property at 691 Eagle Rock Ave, Block 177.08, Lot 21, West Orange Township, NJ, who may be affected by said expansion. They have been notified as required by law and the rules of procedure of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of East Orange.
