The new plan has the complete tree inventory on the plan on TR-01. 2. Soil conversation plan in the plan. but not approved by Essex County soil conservation district. After approval a tree removal permit will be issued. 3. Section 2.4. I reviewed and found everything consistent with tree ordinance. They did takedown dead ashes as requested by Ron Far. I don’t know when they removed the trees. 4. Section 4.7. I reviewed the landscape plan is in compliance with new tree ordinance. 5. Section 5.4. I reviewed the planting list and is consistent with using native plants and pollinator-friendly species. 6. Everything in my previous review was in the new plan.
